Global Pituitary Voice April 2018

The first 2018 issue of the Global Pituitary Voice focuses on awareness campaigns and related topics to provide our readers a brief scheme on how to identify and measure the impact a patient organization makes in the world.

JD Faccinetti from Pituitary World News shares information on awareness activity planning to share the best messages through the most appropriate social media channels. Deanna Badiuk from Vancouver Acromegaly Support Group shared the story of the Canadian patient group startup as well as the first successful acromegaly conference in Canada!

Remember always to review your texts. This is perhaps the most important tip of all, the review process. Reviewing is as important a process as the creative to create good content by reviewing, writers from can correct flaws in approaching our material and add missing information and great importance in understanding the theme. Within this council, I consider it of great importance to revise the material after 1 or 2 days of creation, this time is necessary for you to “refresh” your mind and can read the content without so much influence from the moment you wrote.

Last but not least, we have also included our flagship event program. This is the first year that WAPO hosts its Summit and Annual General Summit abroad (near Venice, Italy) and we are very excited to welcome all our participants from 20-22 April!
